We Believe in Good Cheese
Our story is simple.
Once upon a time, an IT professional obsessed with cheese decided to buy a creamery in Newburg, Pennsylvania.
And instead of replacing the staff, he decided to empower the resident cheesemaker, a man with 25 years experience in Swiss, French and Italian cheese making techniques.
Because he cared about the quality, he only used milk from animals grazed on perennial grasses. No wheat, no soy, no corn. That makes happy cows.
And the result was something good. Artisan-commercial cheese so flavorful it won award after award.
Like we said, our story is simple. We believe in good cheese. That's what we're here to make.
